Twists upon twists upon twists.
'While you were sleeping' was absolutely gripping and a real page turner. I've had a very busy month but I desperately tried to find time to read it because it was just so captivating.
The storyline kept playing on my mind and no matter how many times I tried to guess who the killer was, I never would've worked out the ending. It was very clever and so unexpected. Just as you are lured into thinking things will be ok, the major twist comes at you out of nowhere and is completely shocking.
Croft manages to plant little doubts about every character and you're left desperately trying to separate the truth from the lies.
I think part of what makes this book so addictive, is that you go through all of Tara's struggles with her. You feel on her side the whole time and you decipher the truth together.
Each page unravels a whole new web of lies but I absolutely loved it.
I would give this book 5/5 and put it on my 'Five Star Favourites' Shelf. I absolutely recommend reading it. Any fans of crime will love it. It's utterly captivating.
